Last year I discovered this great Korean kidswear brand called Tambere, that launched in Europe in 2015. I love the fashion-forward attitude and spirit of each collection, the fabrics and details are always an interesting mix. With all the kids brands out there, they manage to propose a new mix of silhouettes and ideas for the little ones, but always with a cosy feel. Check it out!
Loving everything about the Spanish brand Paloma Wool right now. Am saving up for some pretty prints for spring…
I have still not managed to start my 2016 resolutions, but I am at least starting to THINK about them…even though I’m writing this with a glass of wine in my hand, and haven’t I had glass of water all day – Ughhh! There’s lots of work to be done. But I am feeling the need to turn myself around and get fit and start this new year right. Does anyone have any good at-home workouts? I would love any suggestions ! Now let’s get started !

The cold has come to Paris, and I have been dreaming of warm roasts and lentils. Here are some easy and yummy versions to warm your belly during these cold winter nights.

Starting January fresh, and here are some of my major crushes so far this year :
Somewhere to hang my hats
A suede clutch
A velvet couch
The eternal question – shorter hair?
And these earrings
I am so happy to welcome 2016 with open arms. To move past the terrible and emotional year that was 2015. To try and start fresh, with new resolutions and hopes.
Some goals for 2016
To be more patient, to really take time for myself, to drink more water, to drink less coffee, to read a book (yes, an actual book, not a magazine), to take time for my skin (yeah, 40 is the new 20, but tell that to my skin!), to make more time for my family, to be more creative with the kids, to put down the phone, to get outside, to relax and to slow down and enjoy – basically to just be a little better at everything I am trying to do right now – and again, to be more patient. Breathe…
Here’s to a year of peace and honesty, of love and kindness, of forgiveness, of strength, of hope. Happy 2016 friends, wishing you all the very best for this new year.
Where does the time go? It’s been ages since I’ve had time to post on the blog, for the past year somehow the days have just flown by… But this rentrée I have promised that I would take more time for myself and to get back to what I love – spending time with the family and friends, exploring and taking photos. With back to school and a new job, it all seems pretty daunting, but I really hope to keep it up…
In the meantime, here are some pics of our days in the sun, which seem so far away now in this cold September air… Hope everyone is having a great back to school and had a relaxing holiday weekend!
Happy New Year everyone! I do have to say I am very glad that 2014 is over and am excited for the new adventures that 2015 will bring. Here are a few of my simple, but much needed resolutions that I will work hard to keep for the new year:
Be more patient
Be more patient
Be more present (for the kids, for my husband, for life!)
Do more things for myself (like use that gym membership that is almost expired…rrr)
Be more patient
Take advantage of every moment with the ones I love, and take more photos:)
And just have more fun in 2015!
Wishing you all a New Year full of love, adventures, happiness and health.
I am loving the great vintage selection for girls and boys from the Cali shop Sweet Threads. Every single thing reminds me of my childhood. I so wish that I could dress my kids like this all the time, but I know one little girl that would never let me have my way!
We just returned from our month long summer holiday, I know, we are very lucky to live in a country where that is the norm! Two weeks in, the kids broke my phone and I was without cell or internet until we returned home. It was nice to be unconnected and spend some real quality time with everyone – a real vacation. So it’s been pretty quiet over here on the blog, but here are some pics of our adventures with friends, soaking up the sun and running wild on the beach. Hope you all had a wonderful summer!
